'Hydrogen' is the first song of our upcoming album. At this moment we are completing our new record which will contain a total of 4 tracks. If you like to support us; all revenues will be used to release the new album on CD and vinyl.
released March 13, 2019
The song Hydrogen is written and performed by Paul Geerts: guitars & synths. Eric Frantzen: bass. Jeroen Schippers: drums.
Engineered, mixed, produced & mastered by Steven van der Werff & Mantra Machine at Studio Mono.
Artwork designed by Jonas Louisse.
Influenced by the likes of stoner, spacerock and psychedelics, Mantra Machine is set out to reach new audiences with a mix of heavy guitars, shimmering bass and grooving drums, soaked in 'mantra style' instrumental synth soundscapes.
In 2012 they debuted at the Sonic Rock Solstice festival in England and released their first EP 'Stage One'. Among other gigs they were invited to play at Mudfest III (2013).
In December 2014 they recorded and released a first full-length album called 'Nitrogen'. Short after the release the album was placed on the Dutch music site 3VOOR12 Luisterpaal and also was released on vinyl.
In 2016 they where invited to play at Roadburn in Tilburg, played at Yellowstock in Belgium and did a minitour through Germany and Austria.
Currently they are finishing their second album and released the single 'Hydrogen'.

I feel the sophisticated energy flowing in this song. The repetition never exhausts me. The procedure the track rakes until it hits the very top... is simply so technical, but never artificial. Shinji Kim
Deep, panoramic jams anchored by a solid inventive rhythm section, thick Kyussian bottom-ended guitar and overlaid with leads that reach for the stratosphere. Astrodome absorb while allowing their music to breathe. Unhurried and roaming, when the band do detonate, such as the final minutes of 'Into The Deepest Space or the excellent 'Through The Black Hole', the pay-off is spectacular. Expansive space-rock for the soul and mind Michael Henaghan
